Her teaching approach is characterized by enthusiasm and energy! In additional to pre & post licensing classes, Amanda is also qualified to teach several Continuing Education classes around Florida as a Florida Realtors® Faculty member.

With over 20 years in real estate and obtaining almost every Real Estate Designation possible, Rory is a leader by example for education in the industry. Rory is a Broker Manager locally and currently serving as the NEFAR President for 2024. His extensive resume in leadership prove his success in educating and elevating his fellow industry partners.

Prior to getting her Real Estate license in 2005, Linda served as a High School Teacher & Administrator. She continues her love for education by not only obtaining a number of Designations but also in giving through her mentoring & training. She has served in many leadership roles & is recognized as a top producing agent within her brokerage & all of Northeast Florida. Her love for the industry, her customers & her colleagues is obvious from the amount of 5-star on-line reviews she’s received. Her goal whether in a Real Estate transaction or in the classroom is to make the process a fun, exciting experience.
