We said our 2026 class schedule was complete. Apparently, you had other plans! 🎉
We’ve heard from so many future real estate professionals who are ready to get started that we decided to make room for ONE MORE CLASS before we close out 2026!
That’s right! First Coast School of Real Estate is adding a December 2026 Crash Daytime 63-Hour Florida Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course!
If you’ve been thinking about starting a career in real estate, consider this your sign. You don’t have to wait until 2027 to get started!
🏡 Ready to Start Your Florida Real Estate Career?
Ready to complete your Florida real estate pre-licensing education without spending months sitting in a classroom?
Our December 2026 Crash Daytime 63-Hour Florida Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course is designed to help you complete your required education in just TWO consecutive weeks, with a weekend to review, study, and prepare before your course exam on Monday, December 21st!
We’ve structured this accelerated course to combine focused, instructor-led education with dedicated study time before your final course examination.
And the best part? This isn’t another online course where you’re left trying to figure everything out on your own.
We’re talking LIVE, IN-PERSON instruction in Fleming Island, Florida, with experienced instructors, real-world examples, opportunities to ask questions, and exam preparation.
Whether you’re in Fleming Island, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Middleburg, Jacksonville, or anywhere in Northeast Florida, this accelerated course is designed to help you take that first big step toward a new career.
📚 Two Weeks of Learning. A Weekend to Prepare. A Monday Exam!
We know that completing 63 hours of real estate education in an accelerated format is a commitment. That’s why we’ve intentionally structured our December Crash Course with student success in mind.
Here’s how it works:
- Two consecutive weeks: Attend LIVE, in-person pre-licensing instruction covering the material required for Florida real estate sales associate education.
- A dedicated study weekend: Take Saturday and Sunday, December 19–20, to review your notes, practice real estate math, revisit challenging concepts, and prepare for your final exam.
- Monday, December 21: Return to the classroom for your end-of-course examination, with the benefit of a dedicated weekend to prepare.
Our goal isn’t simply to get you through the required hours. We want you to understand the material, retain what you’ve learned, and give yourself the best opportunity to pass your course exam successfully.
Because at First Coast School of Real Estate, we believe there’s a big difference between passing a test and preparing for a career.
👩🏫 Meet Your December Instructors
Your December Crash Course will be taught by Amanda Houser and Linda White, experienced Florida real estate instructors and active real estate professionals who bring real-world experience directly into the classroom.
You’ll learn Florida real estate law, principles, practices, contracts, financing, math, and exam preparation from professionals who can connect textbook concepts to real-world situations.
We encourage questions, conversation, and understanding—not simply memorization.
Our mission is simple: We don’t just want you to finish the course. We want you to feel prepared for what comes next!
