This isn’t “just another class”!

Congratulations! You’ve passed your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam, earned your license, and officially launched your real estate career. But before you get too caught up showing homes, writing contracts, and building your business, there’s one important milestone you can’t afford to overlook—the 45-Hour Florida Sales Associate Post-Licensing Course.
At First Coast School of Real Estate, we believe this course should be so much more than simply checking a box to satisfy a state requirement. It’s an opportunity to build the foundation for a successful, long-term career in real estate.
Why is the 45-Hour Post-Licensing Course Required?
The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires all newly licensed Sales Associates to successfully complete a 45-hour Post-Licensing Course before their first license renewal. Failure to complete the course and pass the end-of-course exam before your renewal deadline can result in your real estate license becoming null and void, meaning you’ll have to start the licensing process over from the beginning.
Rather than viewing it as another class, think of it as an investment in your future business.
Go Beyond the Textbook
Our live, in-person course is designed to help agents bridge the gap between passing the licensing exam and building a thriving real estate career.
Throughout the course you’ll learn:
- How to create meaningful business and income goals
- Strategies for treating your real estate career like a business
- Marketing techniques that actually generate clients
- How to understand and explain changing market conditions
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Real-world problem solving for everyday transactions
- Insights from experienced industry professionals and expert panels
The goal isn’t just to help you pass an exam—it’s to help you become the kind of Realtor clients recommend for years to come.
